as of yet, he is UNNAMED because ver has been UNORIGIONAL and TIRED FOR SEVERAL DAYS.
He is a gigantic mashup of recessive genes and mutations, though none of it takes from his endearing charm, though for some reason it seems to allow him to get on unusually well with Dexter.
His eyes are vibrance surrounding a fully white pupil. The winglike projections over his shoulders are crystal clear and hard- and they are always glowing with changing light. He features a recessive gene for tail-splitting carried along for a few generations in his mother's DNA.
He is a constant emittor of sound. Pure silence is simply not a thing around him. He can fasion a fair range of beats that emit from the space between his horns, and he uses his large flat ears to project it. When he is "plugged in" with his tail(s) he can access the sounds from the machine he is jacked into- and he often does so just because he likes to have access to more complex sounds and beats. "Plugging in" is achieved through a subtle bit of shapeshiftery: the metal end(s) of his tail(s) can morph to fit any plug he decides to jack into.

Usually smiling dopily and bopping along to his own internal sound, the light-wings on his back flashing and changing to his beats, he can seem far-off and spacy. When he comes back about he has often missed a lot of things, so he's not as smart as he could he, he guesses! But he is earnest and happy-go-lucky and doesn't try to take most things seriously, since the people around him are so smart and all.
He doesn't understand why everyone is so creeped out by Dexter- though he doesn't realize that he communicates with his one-third brother in ranges of frequencies and beeps that make perfect sense to Dexter- though use of a sound-to-numeric-alpha-a range-quadraxi-to-sound translator, which in turn feeds the things Dexter rattles off into it back to him as sounds.

and I think that's it for now. .__. anything else you want to know, ask! I have him pretty well pegged (minus the name, uhhgughuhhhhgh..)

Dexter is Ver, Twig and Iso's ectokid.
So basically he is related to you and is a living Rave.

I know what you mean, it bugs me a little, too. But, there is not much I can do to make them not overlap with those giant chibi eyes. I've been trying to make the overlap look less awkward, but, I am still a rookie so I don't really know what I'm doing. If you have any ideas that might help, please let me know. :B

Also, tA I shall start working on that immediately.
Also, old school Sherlock Holmes or Sherlock Holmes from the new movies, in case I do draw that.
Edit: In a more normal style, her bangs would not overlap her eyes so much. :P

Well, people buy things to make cosplay outfits. As long as you don't market the scarf as a Cairo Overcoat scarf, I think you'll be fine.
