It's a disease that causes you to feel like your being stabbed all over by needles but it can't kill you.
It's also very Contagious.
By doing this we will establish ourselves as the god of pain.

If pestilence and disease is to be Taggark's domain, have your creature look for diseased people so you can heal them. We can always try and spread a doomsday virus later, but I think healing is a more prudent choice for a god who's just getting established...
