Are the other two kobold adventurers not main characters or does this just mean we won't have a chance to control them?

I see our two kobolds, one harpy, a dapper humanoid with a straw in his mouth, a wizard-dog I can only assume is a kitsune, and a wolf in a trench coat. Did I pass the inkblot test?

Oh there will be other Kobolds don't worry, considering two of the main cast are Kobolds and live in the same den. But these are the six characters that will only be taking commands. Everyone else in the story are NPCs or enemies.

Examine the Ambrrslime from a safe distance. Clearly the cores are the weakpoint, but maybe not...

Ask Ani whether or not its safe to touch the dead slime and if the parts have any uses. Also ask her to go into detail about the species... primary habitats, feeding habits, life cycles and reproduction, method of attack... that sort of thing. Know thy enemy and whatnot.

Ani: My knowledge of slime biology may assist you, but I know very little of amberslime specifically.



Ani: Slimes are very versatile aberrant creatures, they can adapt to almost any environment given a proper amount of years to breed and prosper. However if a slime we're to enter an environment opposite to it's core's main affiliation it would die in due time. Slimes are run by their cores, all slimes carry a core, it acts as their brain, eyes, and stomach and in a sense their sword and magic. A slime will never attack a creature larger then them, but if it sees an opportunity in a meal, they do not reveal themselves to capture food, they use their surroundings to hide and then strike. Some slimes, based on their core affiliation, have variant ways of hiding from, and luring victims to be captured. Slimes will attempt to engulf a majority of their victim inside their bodies before allowing their cores to induce their digestive and defensive cells to prevent the foe from escaping. The core is the key to bringing down slime, without it the slime's fluids are useless and can be used as an adhesive. The core stores all of the functions that make the slime unique, but finding a core in such prime condition is rare and dangerous to obtain.

Ick: Like we said before Amberslimes are called that because when they engulf a victim their core's release a crystal like membrane to cover the victim in a hard shell, then the core lurches into the victim and attaches to their brain making the poor soul the slime's new core. So all of those abilities are stored away in that core.

However your current gun runs on different bullets from the ones in the pistol clips. You fired two shots, so that leaves you with 4 shots left in the revolver.
