I'm new to this too, actually, but I believe you just make a new handle. When it comes time, you work it out with the other pesterer and then write it out in character? Is anyone here a little more experienced?

So here's what I've got, rough as it is, for plotline: The troll and human sessions start out independent, and then merge at an undecided point in time. Also, each session individually has eight players.
