What would be the worst ending to Homestuck?

To be honest at this point I don't think that there will be a bad ending. Andrew will probably find some way if making it all work out while not being a total insufferable fuckass. But, even if there is a bad official ending I'm pretty certain that all of the fans will find some way to make it good, or will fill every nook and cranny of the internet with Homestuck fanfics specifically about their take on what the ending should've been.

Worst ending:

Everybody dies, the end. BUT WAIT: In a weird, illogical dream bubble sequence, everybody has forgotten their time in-game, but they remember slowly, one by one, after recognizing the other players in totally unrelated events, like, say, a music festival. Then John goes to church and meets Hussie and learns that that all of them had already died and time has no meaning in Sburb, and that they "made" the place to "find each other", independent of the time at which they died. Hussie explains that place exists so the players could "let go" and "move on" together. John and Hussie go into the church to meet the others. Everyone is able to see, recognize, and remember everyone else and their lives together. After an emotional reunion, Hussie opens the front doors, revealing another bright light that slowly envelops everyone inside the church.

But I can't believe nobody's quoted the series finale of Lost on this thread yet.

If all of their efforts went to waist, that would be closure. A lack of closure contains no true ending but also requires that there is still missing information.

The intermission ends just as we get to see each player enter the game in a flash. Jake is still out and Roxy is still dead. The last man and real woman in the world manage to kiss in a dream bubble so Roxy’s dream self gets to live.
John and Jade bust through Jake’s window. They catch a flash of light after having been in the dark for more than 2 years. John is blinded but jade instantly detects gCat and attempts to teleport to it but they are both flying across the frog temple, where the tiny window is, and they enter the lotus at light speed before they can do anything else. Gcat moves from its position at that moment on dirk's house and take's a nap in Roxy’s pile of stuffed cats. The lotus countdown ends and jade finishes her teleportation. She lands directly in a red miles strand. The gCat, having tricked her into death in self defense, lands a just kill on jade. All the planets are lost and all the creatures and sprites other then john are dead. Jade has suffered the curse of her powers, like any witch will, through her dog alteration. John wakes up five minutes later and dies again because he is deep in space. He is deep in space because he was moving at light speed. When he moved through b2 earth, he ripped a good portion of the atmosphere away with him. Also, the resulting winds ripped apart the planet for the rest of its short existence. The wind god arrived. He spent his efforts on slowing himself down using the air he had and trying to fly in the direction he thought earth was at, though it dispersed every time he died.
Dave, Rose, karkat, terzie, gamzee and kanya arrive in the insipisphere near the meteors of b2. They find jake on the ground. Karkat screams a little bit about dead bodies everywhere and how this was supposed to be the paradise session but there is extremely lethal crimson grub waist in the sky. He turns his attentions to gamzee, who happens to be in the same room, to the surprise of even karkat. He accuses him of planning on stealing the body and running the moment no one is looking and gamzee responds “NaW, i’M mOtHeRfUcKiN gOoD bRo.” Kanya, who happens to be behind him with a chainsaw, looks confused and lowers her weapon. No one really trusts him but no one does anything about it. After being told “NaW”, Rose gets karkat to ask gamzee to walk in a specific direction she pointed. Karkat and trezie have to begin relaying information using trollian again, and karkat literally has a stress related medical issue while trying to cope with the idea that this is why he came to the new world. To try to keep him alive, tarize begins to split the timeline as much as she can. Meanwhile, rose and dave are working together to bring the session to the best result without directly effecting the current moment. They manage to steal the frog, but dave has to see jade die over and over to do this. He attempts to save her, but fails. Instead, he meets john when he falls back from space but can neither rescue him or tell him to do anything other than, “start flying around, I don’t know.” because information from the end of this universe might cause john to make a beta timeline. Dave can, however, kiss his mom-daughter’s real body. As it turns out, dirk’s dream kiss didn’t help. On a page called “Dave: return to the end” dave returns to the future and dream roxy is seen floating behind rose. Red miles is about to stab Rose but Dave takes the hit. He didn’t have to do that because rose would have come back from the dead. Terezi, who can sort of see into pockets of darkness, realizes that dave is about to die and doubles her efforts at timeline splitting. Roxy flies off slowly and Rose can’t do anything about it. When Rose tries to see a way to catch up with Roxy, she realizes that can’t see anything in the present and she is reminded that she is dependent on other people for most things. On trying, details of the universe begin to shift around. The current time is too splintered and she has never had to deal with anything like this. Tereze has Rose in a brain lock. Meanwhile, kanya is upstairs trying to recreate the proper conditions for a frog, but can’t do it on her own. Terezie, who is now totally lost in her own mind, manages to force a timeline where kanya manages to appearafy a jade and take her stuff. This is the best she can do and she falls over, Ko’d. Karkat and Dave die. Rose, feeling totally worthless as she realizes what is happening, suffers a just death by way of the pervasive red miles. The alpha timeline kanya is having no success. Gamzee appears with a universe frog and a god outfit but, rather than handing it over, asks her to help him move a battlefield he has waiting in another timeline. After convincing her to set a sendificator up, he says “HeY, i KnOw YoU dOn’T lIkE mE.” And proceeds to have a creepy and short romantic conversation ending in “I dOn’T mOtHeRfUcKiN lIkE yOu EiThEr” before killing her on the spot and drinking some random potion. He gets the alt kanya and jade to place the planets in the sendificator before telling them they are doomed and taking the planets and leaving. He places the planets over the alpha sendificator and presses the sendificator button at the same time. This creates universe C, which he enters.
Real Jane, real Roxy, and Dream Jake are, in fact, just as dead as the look. Real Jake and real Dirk eventually wake up. Dirk kisses Jane. To him, this is directly after kissing dead real dream bubble Roxy.
Dream Jane finds seb with Dream dirk’s inexplicable cal standing next to her golden bed. One of cal’s arms is tied to Jane’s arm. One is tied to seb. Seb starts walking. Jane has to follow. Seb drags her onto a teleport to deathmurder Island and then flies her to jake, who is now paralyzed. The bunny does everything it can to get jake’s game started, but has no arms and jane has to help a little. She goes to kiss Jake’s body, but can’t because of brainwashing. Cal manages to get left in the ocean somehow and dream jane enters the medium again, this time with real jake. She finds herself in a giant coffin. This coffin is the main feature of this world. Jake is placed in the coffin and jane sets out to to his quest and his own. He is a source of inspiration. Also, he launches his window after her. Seb takes it and runs off. She discovers that a meteor is headed right at the planet. She jumps in the nearest portal and does not pop back out until dirk enters the game.
On earth, on a very high tower, dirk and his robots suddenly find themselves in a zero air environment. All the pressurized glass objects in the robots break at once. They all stop functioning and the glasses turn to dust. His computer stops functioning, but it isn’t needed. He spends the rest of his short life making another dream self every time his “most real” copy dies. One of his “most dream” selves is crushed because of a simple mistake operating one of the large machines in his world. His “most real self” does not generate another “dream self”, and eventually disappears. John eventually starts dirk’s session and finds his way to skyaia.
Jane pops out in dirk’s world and investigated her friend’s planets. She was killed by red miles over and over while investigating. Eventualy, she took a nap on her quest bed, by chance, and became a god-maid of life. Eventualy, she took a trip to skyaia but she never went to the meteors.
Gamzee couldn’t actually use this time quartz tables but he could use an apearafier. He used it to send Jake’s temple back where it came from, and instantly kill the queen. The red miles eventually finds the new slick. This error cascades down into every new universe, no matter what.
LE find’s jake and terezi. Terezi’s powers don’t effect LE and she dies but she does manage to give jake a number of robot body parts. LE take’s Jake’s robo-leg, kills him, and mocks his dead body using some alien hazing we can’t understand. He then flies out of the universe. He is very happy. So many little children. So much blood.
Roxy eventually flies into the sun.
WV was oddly ignored by the red miles. He starved.
Serenity was tasty.
Lil seb rusts from the saltwater.
Jack has hot hot black romance throughout the farthest reach.
PM eventually manages to complete her revenge and makes the mistake of putting two rings on. She explodes.

I mean, that ending worked there, but PLEASE let Homestuck end differently!
Also, I don't like the idea of a "it was all a game haha" ending either...

Or: Everyone's dead, and John walks up to LE to tell him that killing them hasn't done anything, and that he's still miserable. LE agrees, and sacrifices himself to bring everyone back to life.

Karkat dies, Gamzee flips his juggalo ass once again, enters god-tier murder mode and kills everyone, and then commits suicide. But then all the characters turn out to be a bunch of roommates that had the same exact dream all at once and together say, "WORST FUCKING NIGHTMARE EVER!!!!!!!!".

John and Lord English battle one-on-one. Lord English knocks John out and then sets him in his room, just to screw with him. (John being put into his room would not be in the flash. Whether or not John was killed is not made clear, either.) John wakes up. It was all a dream. The end. Hussie stops updating here. But then, 3 months after Homestuck supposedly "ends", Hussie updates! It wasn't really a dream. Lord English kills him. Game over. NOW it's the end.
