Gosh yes. I would totally freeze around any artists I like, though... I had a minor heart attack because Magnolia Porter reblogged some fanart I did a few days ago

Until I read the newspost thing in today's Penny Arcade, I had forgotten about Automata. Its a shame because its kind of way more interesting than anything else they do. Hopefully there will be more of them.

I still kind of want to see this made into a full series. (I am a sucker for AIs.)

Prohibition era/noir is always entertaining, too.

It reminds me of that one episode of Samurai Jack. Lulu. Sweet thing.

    COLORFUL MONSTERS
The main character Wallace is a real weenie so far, hopefully he'll get more interesting

Speaking of new stuff, you guys should check out Kay and P! It's about a girl and her not-actually-imaginary friend P, who is a skeleton.

She's also trying to get it printed. :>

Dang, all these new comics are nice, and I'm starting to worry about webcomics taking up all my time ever.

Re: The Webcomics Thread: More Webs-Per-Comic than Spider-Man

So a while ago I saw a comic that pretty much defined why I dislike The Big Bang Theory, and I can't remember where I saw it and I can't seem to find it. It was basically:
Panel 1: girl: You're such a nerd that you've probably memorized the atomic weight of boron!
Panels 2 - infinity: overdone laugh track
Panel infinity + 1: guy: rolls eyes and recites atomic weight of boron
Panels infinity + 2 to double infinity: more laugh track

does anybody know what I'm thinking of?

That was horrible. It embodied my token gripe about the show.. those 'jokes'.

What if he works with Molybdenum on a daily basis? Is a plumber's intimate knowledge of his craft just as ridiculous (or open for ridicule).

    I'm suggesting Cucumber quest:http://cucumber.gigidigi.com/
It's a really cute and funny adventure largely inspired by Paper Mario that makes fun of the typical old school JRPG plot.
The same author also wrote a comic called Hiimdaisy before she stopped in order to start on this one, but I don't have the link.
I immediately noticed that 95% of everyone on the opposite side of every argument were complete idiots. After a while, however, I started to realise that 90% of everyone on my side of every argument were also idiots. Then I realised that statistically, that meant there is a 90% chance that I am an idiot. And now I don't post on the Bioware forums anymore.

Huh. I just randomly binged on Dominic Deegan from his trip around the world onwards, which I had never read all in one go.

It actually makes more sense the more quickly you read it and the less you try to think about it. Its like the anti-Homestuck.

Still not gonna call it a GOOD webcomic. But I will try to stop declaring it OBJECTIVELY TERRIBLE IN SO MANY WAYS.

Sam and Fuzzy is a really good webcomic.

I mean it has a ninja mafia.

    and demon fridges.

and an Underground full of weird shit.

    It really evolved.

I know its sort of technically a forum adventure/webcomic hybrid, but the last two updates to Prequel have been mind-blowingly cool.

So I checked this thread for the first time in ages and realized that Ava's Demon is not in the OP

    This is an egregious error

But yeah panel-per-page web comic with gorgeous art (by rainbowsqueeze you may know her for her work in Homestuck) and an intriguing story line and hnnng it is fairly new with not very many pages but it is so good guys c'mon

I don't remember ever seeing her work in MSPA but Ava's Demon has gorgeous art and it has set up some real mystery and intrigue.

edit: oh I see, she did some Homestuck album art!
