I've restarted working on a fan project I made a topic for a LONG time ago. However, due to the age of the topic, I'm not sure if bumping it (with loads of content) would be a breach of the Respect rule.

The general rule of thumb is that if you're the OP and / or have something very pertinent to add to the thread (eg. restarting work on it) then it should be fine to bump it?
Remember to use your discretion, though.
