I see reasoning. It sure isn't perfect, but at this point this isn't just a silly RVS. There are legitimate reasons why you are getting voted for, and the reasons you are providing I don't think are good enough. Perhaps you are just a newbtown here like me, but I at least provide some real reasons why I'm not scum. Maybe you are just busy with exams, that is a perfectly good reason, but when you are under suspicion like this you have to devote some time to the hunt to explain yourself. "Look at these people, these are bad reasons" and "I might have to claim" are certainly not good enough to clear all of your suspicion. You will need to put out more effort than that to clear your scummy record right now.

The Forebody-ness of most your posts sure isn't helping your case at all, either.

Don't talk about perfection here. I had reasons for voting for Foerumokaz. Those votes I quoted? I see no reasoning. I may have said stupid things, yes, but I see no reasoning up there whatsoever. What I see is a bandwagon. Of six people, which is slightly more than a quarter of the livelist. I thought Foerumokaz was scummy. That was my reason. My reason for saying "I might have to claim" is because I say stupid things sometimes, which are still true. I might have to, I might not. I certainly do NOT have a scummy record, unless you can see anything up there that would suggest so.

Obviously, some of you are operating on a different form of logic than mine, and so I can't follow your thought processes.

Of course, this also affects my null/lurker reads. Their absence, which doesn't let me get a read on them, brings them closer to null-scum.

Dang, I've never been good at the whole coaligned thing, but I guess Vancho and Foerumokaz would be an obvious choice given how quickly they've been taking to jumping on each other for weird reasons. Vancho seems like the scummier out the two but I kinda really don't like how quickly his wagon built up in a game where nearly a third of the players are scum. But I guess if he was a corrupt juror half of them wouldn't know who he was anyway so I guess I'm cool with just waiting to see how this plays out for now.

Other one that comes is mind is you and Baxbound, just based on the fact that not being able to get nightkilled and having a strong say in who gets lynched for the first few days sounds like a really sweet spot for a corrupt juror to find themselves in. And I guess I'd have to go with you over him just because you're one of the few people I could see being ballsy enough to try something like that. But that's really just a gut feeling and you've both been active enough and generally acting pro-town so whatever.

...Now that I think about it, since I made that post it's occured to me that a Vancho lynch isn't going to happen today and chances are that problem will either take care of itself because of his claimthreat or we know who to kill when he doesn't die after several days. That said, Vancho is defensive and flaily and might be newbscum.

SO I DID A LITTLE DIGGING ON BAX, AND... I don't know. Nobody immediately seems to be coaligned with him that I can think of. If anything, Deceptive seems to be more coaligned with him than anybody else, and I don't know if that's a sense of trust emanating from the fact that they suspect there's no corrupt voters, or if it's something worse. I could be missing something here definitely, but I've got nothing concrete to say.

I'd rather get asked a million questions on if I am a Town now than later in the game when it is far more critical.

So I will say now that I am a town, on my Dad's Grave's Mother's Uncle's Chest's Refrigerator's, Coffin, I am a town. I'm not sure if that marks me as scum or not, and because of that I am kinda-ish reluctant to post this, but whatever. I guess I'm just going to go out and say that and hope for the best.


Now, We really need to start pinning scum. Start making random accusations I guess? I mean, we need SOMEONE to pin for the first night, and that seems to be one semi-valid way of getting information out of people, as it would seem to be the case with Fortuna. Targeting some of the semi lurker-ish like Eidolonic (Or even "dumbfounded", like Fragowump or Airey) may be a semi-good idea, if not but to get a few more posts out of them and hope they slip up somewhere to mark them as scum in disguise. Otherwise, it is a complete shot in the dark on our part.

Another thing, perhaps we should start tabulating potential candidates for the final lynching of the day soon, and start pressuring those people more by means of lynchthreat? I mean time is running out and so many people here look like Towns to me... Also, we should set a specific time that the jurors should reveal themselves imo. We will have to eventually, but I have no idea when they are supposed to be revealed... Does one of us just volunteer? Just like that?

I think that two is a very reasonable sentiment.

On the topic of jurors, let's set the boundaries of application now: (Just a rough draft)

1) Has to have 1 or less IVs on their persona.
2) Must have posted at least 15(?) times on thread.
3) Must have quality posts, not just a bunch of short EBWOP.

He's setting more guidelines for Jurors to be allowed to vote. This can look towny, but if you look at it as if Baxbound was scum, then it looks really scummy. I would say that the post gives him town points if he did not fall into the categories of people allowed to be Jurors, but he specifically made some requirements just so he fit into them. It limits a lot of the player base, while leaving him a secure spot on the Jury. He actually admits this later in.

This is pretty good question. I know that the scum PRs know who each other are and that they don't know who the Corrupt Jurors are. Brief glance at the rules and it not clear to me if Corrupt Jurors know each other and/or the PRs? Can anyone help me there? That would help me in spotting possible scum plays.

Anyway, I like working with and trying to form several different kinds of scum teams:

My top scum read is Foerumokaz right now. Who could be on his scum team? Well, looking at the opposing wagon I could see Pharas or amymist as trying to increase the Vancho pressure to take away from the Foerum train. Note that amymist was on Mathgirl yesterday and D1 lynches are typically town so that's not in his/her favor. For bussing scumbuddies, Tea maybe? Wagon might be too small for bussing to be going on.

If Vancho is scum, then by that same opposing wagon logic, feralFantom kind of fits the bill. I'd pick amymist for the busser. Guess I think amymist could be a good 2nd place scum.

We probably have at least one or two scum lurkers/replacements already so: Fortuna, Fragosump, cherushz,and Airey are all scum candidates in my opinion for low posting/replacing. No real evidence of cooperation in these cases however.

~ATH and Crilly are kind of not on my radar, so they are in my "try to remember to look at them harder" category.

That may not be exactly what you are looking for, but those are my thoughts.

He's obviously not serious. Well, I mean I think he was telling the truth but him saying that he's town in that way was obviously a joke. (Someone jokingly claiming scum though is a whole different can of worms however.)

Except that is not what he said at all. Accusations =/= equal votes. And we did quite frankly need something of the like in order to get going and out of mechanics bullshit.

The suggestion isn't in and of itself scummy so much as it is not the very best play for town. Like this part looks like you took one post and tried to twist every part into looking scummy.

Except baxbound literally more than doubled the amount of required posts at the point so I'm pretty sure that while not having hard info saying he was ok to vote he had a decent idea. And yes, baxbound is totally saying in thread "MathGirl is the easier mislynch I can get."

This post is made so much worse by the fact that not only is baxbound my biggest town read but that he should be so obvious town to everybody. Baxbound is the most obvious derp town (no offense, baxbound, you're more new than derpy really). Like you should at least consider he is scum but he is so obviously not and amoung the people not suspecting you he's your biggest scum read? I wasn't suspecting you and I should probably be scummier to you than him. Like I've been towning it up but baxbound has just been waving his town boner in our faces all game.

I kind of don't want to lynch Vancho, at least not today. Like if he's town he's probably a pr so that means a couple of things. One, more days means more info for him to give us before he croaks or more days guard protecting me and baxbound. Two, if he's town or a corrupt juror scum prs will be very tempted to kill him. Sitting on vancho for a few days has those benefits. Downside to doing that is that if he's a scum pr (which seems way more likely than corrupt juror to me at least) then he gets a few more nights with his night action.

I kind of almost still want to lynch Fortuna, or Sonic. This reminds me of Wild Westfia where I pegged all of the scum (except the traitor) day one and then left half of them alive the whole game because they replaced out and no one replaced back in.

I think I'm against a foerum lynch because at least he's posting.
