I'm assuming that becoming a bp isn't the best that a badge can do (and I still think that that would only BP-ify vanilla scum), AND Cat really hasn't given evidence of her towniness. I don't think she should be elected. I mean, if nothing else we can doctor whoever gets the bronze patch anyway, so wasting it on someone who gets BP powers isn't the best use of this election.
