Oh, I get it now, thanks. You see, I have no problem with pointing fingers (obviously) since I consider that a useful part of scum hunting. The "unspecified" part was what I had a problem with. Attacking people is useful because it generates reactions and let's everyone see where you're standing. Attacking a group without saying who you're refering to specifically is lazy in the way that scum are lazy (just saying "people who did this deserve to die, whoever they are" is suspicious because scum already know who they want lynched) and only makes it look like you're contributing because, in your own words "it is obvious and therefore not worth posting."

Oz, he wasn't attacking them, he was complaining that they were all posting the same thing and that that thing wasn't worth posting about.

The fact that the rest of his post existed means that no, he wasn't just trying to look like he was contributing, he was actually contributing.

This sentence is not really important but is going to be very, very, very, very, very, very long to prove my point to Oz who might understand when I do what I'm saying I think Para did, by posting a "useless" section of my post that makes my post longer but the rest of my post isn't just filler to make the post longer, which is what Para did because his post was mostly vague content, but still content and I think my point is made.

Basically, just because part of a post is a waste of time to read and write doesn't mean that the poster isn't contributing in the rest of the post.

I think the issue is that I'm assuming that everyone is interpreting the phrase "pointing fingers" the way I am. I mean "casting aspersions without given reasoning based on an analysis of present content (used as in "is present," not "in the present," [presence, not time.])"

One: The epamy thing has zero weight behind it because as far as I can tell it feels like epamy was just joking about the vig doof thing. Two: He likes doing this because he has a massive fucking grudge. That is the entire reason behind his "para must be scum!" thing.

Acio, did you miss the fact that my post was a deconstruction and refutation of Oz' statements?

The thing is, I'm just reading the sentiments expressed in his post. Does refuting an argument as to why someone thinks someone else is scum, and then applying those same criteria to the attacker entail reading too much into their statements? Not really. You should probably note that I only "walled" because I wanted to back up my argument (I have a pathological aversion to being misinterpreted, not that it helps much.)

If you believe I'm reading too much into his statements, then give an alternate explanation: better yet, let Oz. Because I'm posting what I'm seeing, and a vital part of the game is the defending/attacking (these are BAD terms,) between players.

Acio, that wall was a deconstruction that was somewhat requested of me. It was NOT an autonomous diatribe. Just because long posts aren't necessarily good doesn't make them entirely useless: how do you deconstruct a post and explain your thoughts on it without actually showing what you're deconstructing? Providing a visual aid (of sorts,) helps convey a point.

I do think that it was bad for Masterblade to claim this early, even if he is just a vanilla, which may or may not be true. Even if he is a vanilla, it just crosses off another person of the list for potential players with power roles and makes it easier for scum to pick off the more useful roles we might have.

Pretty much what happened was Blade claimed Cans (one-shot vanisher with an extra life) D1 then everyone lynched him twice because he was becoming a hazard to town and some people thought he was Scratch (obliterator).

Oz, either settle your differences with Paranoia or shut up. If the main reason you vote for someone is a personal grudge, you're worse than useless. Paranoia, the same goes for you, but Oz is the one that is really fighting. I'm not saying either of them are scum, I'm telling them to stfu and calm their tits.

MasterBlade, I dislike your vanilla claim. Your entire case, Gx, revolves around twisting what Oz has said to your convenience. Oz very, very clearly established that the unspecified targets part was the scummy part, not the pointing fingers part. Your whole wall is based on deliberately leaving the base of his argument out of it.
The hypocrisy here is on your end, you're the one that's criticizing Oz for something he hasn't done.

The way cC hops on the bandwagon with some of what looks like to me extremely forced reasoning makes me definitely want him dead, it feels like scum giving a wagon on a townie artificial steam to me.
I'm already voting him but consider this a reinforcement of that stance.
