I think if anyone can either depower or defeat LE now, it's Calliope.
I don't think she's actually dead, she's just kind of "imprisoned", either within the Sarswapagus or the shared body.

If she's still alive inside LE's mind, then she could probably cause him some serious trouble if she was ever revived (perhaps by Roxy shouting her name into the Void (after a few typoed attempts! hehe).

For some reason it's reminding me of the "bad end" scene in Breath of Fire 4. (Unstoppable evil monster with godlike power, with a good mind trying to hinder it from within).

LE will take the universesprite and put it and himself inside Doc's head. Having the universe at it's latest point inside a sprite inside his head will allow him to know the entire history of the universe, because the sprite will tell him everything he needs to know about the universe -except for the few dark spots the sprite will keep from him because that's how sprites operate- causing his omniscience. LE will remain separate from the universe sprite, or separate himself from it at some point. I suppose this doesn't answer your question but it does explain how the Doc's omniscience works and it could mean snowman is also omniscient.

For whatever reason, Scratch - and various instances of him across different universes - are the media by which LE enters the universe. Note that he states "They’re separate entities." They inhabit the same body and thus keep similar features when English emerges out of Scratch, but they are otherwise different beings.

This is the only problem I have with the uu = LE theory. But then, Doc Scratch was a "host" for LE, not his creator, or prior state of being, so it's possible that, due to time shenanigans, LE felt he needed a host. Alternatively, it's how uu becomes LE. If uu is the young LE, he needs some way to become the all powerful LE, and Scatch is the ectoson of Lil' Cal, and has Green Sun powers. This is the perfect way to become all-powerful, I guess. That, or LE is hiding in Scratch after being defeated by Jake (time shenanigans, as it has already been established that Jake will "defeat" LE).

LE got into Scratch through the ~ath code running on the green server in the Furthest Ring (not the purple one that Rose stored her walkthrough on)

and it isn't confirmed that uu is English yet, just a fuckload of obvious hints

Sounds feasible, but I still can't get over the notion of prototyping a whole universe. Also, didn't Caliborn get sucked up into the sprite/black hole as well? So he prototyped himself too? Kinda?

I don't think calling it a universesprite is quite right. Caliope and Caliborn are as we know on a planet made up of stray meteors and jpegs next to a dying Green Sun and that's located out in the void between universes. I think its safe to say near the end of the Green Suns life it wouldn't be too much of a stretch to believe that LE has destroyed nearly every universe out there, so what's left for the kernelsprite to absorb? Nothing. If anything I think its a voidsprite.
