I could definitely see it going that way. I just refuse to believe that it would amount to Caliborn being LE, because that really just seems like a waste of time since all it would really amount to is "LE was a dick as a kid, played S___b and got really powerful. The End." That is the kind of shit that is best told in an exposition dump rather than giving it a whole arc. It just feels like something more has to come out of this, rather it shows LE as a different character that we would need to dedicate the time to or the arc explains some other major plot point or leads to another massive revelation. Besides, it isn't like we haven't been horribly mislead on shit before. Remember when we were all lead to believe that UU and uu were Trolls? Good times...good times...
My tumblr that I never use.
If you have lossless audio (.flac, .alac, .wav, etc.) versions of Bill Bolin's removed Homestuck music tracks please PM me.
Hmm. Let's theorise here...
The origins of LE could be somewhere along the lines of some Cherub that went crazy? Or maybe the Cherubs are the people who created S___b, with LE being a patcher?
Basically, whenever there's a glitch in the game - which seems to happen quite often - LE goes in and removes the universe in order to work out what the problem is, then patches it up so it never happens again.
This is basically what was done with Jack Noir and Spades Slick. Different iterations of the same person in different universes and who each help to define the character of one another. And since it's unlikely we'll ever get to just sit down and chat with LE to get to know him better, we've got an expy of him instead.
That, my good fellow, was uncalled for! Lord English is obviously quite the gentleman and would most likely be willing to sit down over tea and discuss his omnicidal rampage avocation.
We haven't seen him actually do anything (right...?) except destroy a dream bubble and two universes. There could be a very good reason why he did that. Maybe dream bubbles are clogging up existence and need to be cleaned up before new universes can be created. He may appear to be a scrupulous, manipulative bastard, but that could just be the lesser evil than letting his work go unfulfilled.
HOW DO YOU EXPECT TO FIND ME....
WHEN I WAS NEVER EVEN HERE!?!?!?
Check out my sweet 413 specularnaodom!
Hey, Lord English is kind of a genocidal demonic trickster. I thought that was a given.
Also, no. Technically. I mean, the forum software allows it, but the mods don't.
Unless it's a thread for [S] Cascade. 253+ pages and it still hasn't been locked as far as I know? What's up with that?
Scratch was a disgruntled employee who impugned his boss by framing everything in the worst possible light. Despite that, Lord English was still obligated to tend to his vassal's errant ward (Handmaid) and to investigate the circumstances of Scratch's untimely demise. When English approached the Huss for questioning, Ms. Paint attempted to obstruct justice and had to be subdued. English was trying to have a reasonable conversation with the Huss, but he pulled a gun on him! LE only shot Huss after he was assaulted with a thrown gun and was threatened with a wand. (Because everybody knows magic is real as shit.)
Lord English is obviously the good guy here. He may be a little brusque at times, but all he's trying to do is stop those responsible for irresponsibly creating and unlawfully inhabiting the dream bubbles. His existence is sanctioned by Paradox Space, after-all.

New thread (I fell asleep and didn't make one at page 99 whoops)!
