He has donned the spare jacket that he keeps in his Sylladex so that he can shove his hands in the Jacket pockets to hide the fact that his fists are clenching a bit. He doesn't want a fight. He's had enough of fighting. If Anguis comes at him with that knife though...well, he's not sure what he is going to do, particularly since he has not failed to notice Trevet sitting there. He has not forgotten what happened the last time Trevet decided to get himself involved in something. It is not something he wishes to be repeated.
