He doesn't notice it but his before anger is ebbing away. When it's gone and David is out of stamina, the shadow dissappears revealing another him.

Ami, however, drinks a potion and is fine. She does agree on the tasting like herbs and crap.

Amika nods, ONWARD TO ADVENTURE! She yells, running out of the room down a hall.

David checks the tome which tells him about the passive ability [Tough Luck] which sends, upon death, a duplicate doomed David back in time to help an Alpha David avoid the doomed ones failures...which is just paraphrasing what the book actually says. He also gets the chance to get another dark aspect power, he chooses to save it to upgrade Omen Orb later.

The doomed David with bored follows him where ever.
