Commission help?

Hi! I'm trying to commission a piece of art that would be a book cover for a hypothetical book that I'm writing.

The art style I wanted for it is the sort of silhouetted hero mode you see sometimes, where only important bits are bright and in colour. It's really a very simplistic cover.

I approached two prominent fan adventure artists about it because I knew they were great at drawing that way, but one doesn't take commissions and the other hasn't replied to me yet and is probably too busy anyway.

I figured this would be the next best place to look, but I have no idea how to go about finding someone for the task.

Anyone have any ideas? Know of any artists here who can draw in that fashion and would enjoy getting paid to do it? Or where I should look?

I apologize if this isn't the right place to ask this kind of thing, but I figured hey, it's the art forum, right? xD

I approached the artist of Prequel, who does not do commissions, and the artist of Be The Sea Dweller Lowblood, who is probably too busy and certainly hasn't answered yet.

Here's an example that's pretty close from Prequel. http://www.prequeladventure.com/this/story1048.gif Very basic art. Mine would have colour highlights, though, not black and white. I'll try to find an even better example.

i'm not sure if they do commissions *now* but they did pretty recently and afaik they always could use some money.

Yeah, that commission info thing is from 2011, but as soon as I figure out the best way how to contact the artist I'll ask them.

I do commissions and have done book covers and album covers before. I haven't done that exact style specifically, but I do work with silhouettes pretty often as well as alised art, so looks pretty straightforward to me. Links to examples of my work in my sig.
