Well, for the next couple of weeks, the 'most likely to wake me up at 8' thing really has no downsides. Of course at other times I might have to convince Vriska to wake me up at 7.
Using manipul8ion if necessary....

Just my luck that I'm a Capricorn. If my alarm clock was sober Gamzee, I'd either never sleep or sleep far away from him. Stoned Gamzee is okay though.
If it was Kurloz however, I'd immediately go into self-defense mode. And by that, I mean there'd be no alarm clock. Guy just freaks me out.

My patron troll is Tavros (yESSS). I don't think he'd be particularly successful in waking me up.
